Tusnad company from Baile Tusnad resort will invest EUR 3.32 mil., VAT not included, to modernize Oltul hotel in the resort, at present 2 star classified.
Works envisage modernizing the rooms, the restaurant and the spa and leisure area, as well as developing a multifunctional hall.
The main shareholder of Tusnad is SIF Transilvania, with 64.91% of the shares, followed by SIF Oltenia with 17.3%.
