EUR 25 mil. investment at Romanian seaside

The Italian companies TEC General Invest and Di Gennaro Property Expert will invest approximately EUR 25 mil. in developing two residential projects located at the Romanian seaside. The construction works will start in 2009.
TGI company will invest in Costinesti approximately EUR 11 mil. in developing Diamond residential project, including 122 dwellings. The project will start in September 2009 and will be completed in September 2011.
Di Gennaro Property Expert company will invest EUR 14 mil. in an ensemble of dwellings, which will be located in Venus resort. Construction works will start in March 2009 and will be completed in fall 2010.
