Marvel Grup plans to invest EUR 20 mil. in a 5 star superior hotel, located downtown Bucharest.
Vendome Palace gallery will be developed on a 1,400 sq m plot of land, located near Hilton hotel, lying on an area of 12,000 sq m, will have 120 rooms and exclusive commercial spaces. The construction works will start in April this year and will be completed within 2 years.
Marvel Group, owned by Christian Popescu, is a family business operating mainly in the furniture industry.
Marvel Group also owns Monte Carlo Palace Residence & Hotel residential complex in the capital, a EUR 18 mil. investment.
