Ionut Negoita business man stated that he plans to develop together with his brother a hotel with 300-350 rooms and a conference center in one of the mountain resorts in Romania, following a EUR 20 mil. investment.
Ionut Negoita specified that they are currently looking for the land. The construction works will most likely start in the second half of 2010 or the beginning of 2011 up to the economic situation.
