EUR 20 mil. for projects in Danube Delta

Ministry of Tourism plans to finance several projects in Danube Delta. The necessary funds reach approximately EUR 20 mil.

The projects include construction of 3 tourist marinas in Sfantu Gheorghe, Murighil and Sarichioi, modernizing the beach in Sulina and setting up several Tourist Information Centers located in the Danube Delta. The possibility to have a religious itinerary including the churches in Tulcea county is also considered.

The representatives of the Ministry of Tourism stated that a project regarding the approval of the necessary funds to develop the plans above will be brought to Government’s attention next week.
