EUR 2 mil. investment in Le Bistro restaurant

Centre Ville hotel complex in Bucharest, also including the 5 star hotel Radisson SAS, opened Le Bistro restaurant on 1st of July, following a EUR 2 mil. investment. The restaurant has a capacity of 224 seats.

Yaron Ashkenazi, General Manager of Centre Ville, predicts EUR 850,000 turnover for the first year of operating and EUR 1 mil. in the second year. Moreover, Ashkenazi estimates 30% profit margin, which will allow the investment to be amortized within 6-7 years.
