Com Nico Serv representatives are currently negotiating with several foreign investors the development of a new resort in Forban region, near Predeal mountain resort. The necessary investment is estimated at EUR 150 mil.
The company completed the Zonal Urban Plan (PUZ) of the resort and has already obtained the building permit for developing a hotel.
Company's representatives stated they consider both developing the resort in partnership with foreign investors, as well as selling the project.
The project will comprise a 5 star club-hotel with 500 seats, luxury bungalows, two hotels classified 3 and 4 stars, with 300 bed places each, an apart-hotel with 125 apartments, 8 boarding houses, 20 vacation homes and entertainment facilities, a spa center, a show hall or an indoor aquatic park.
In the hotel sector, Com Nico Serv owns the 3 star hotel Sunset in Bucharest and the Sunset Villas complex in Predeal.
