Bojan family, who developed and sold in 2007 for EUR 42 mil. River Plaza Mall in Ramnicu Valcea, plans to develop a hotel with 150 rooms in Mamaia resort following an investment of approximately EUR 15 mil. Most likely, the hotel will be 4 star classified. The land located near the Iaki Hotel lies on approximately 3,000 sq m and was purchased for EUR 1,000 per sq m. Construction works are scheduled to start this year.
