On September 16, Cluj-Napoca Airport Company will hold an open auction for the take off runway project, worth EUR 120 mil., VAT not included, as it shows on e-licitatie.ro.
According to the announcement, the contract will be completed within 48 months since the date the company will be chosen and the financing will be made from Cluj County Council allocations, own sources, supplier credit, bank loans and other sources.
The criterion to nominate the company who will develop the project is the best bid in economical terms.
The companies willing to participate to the auction should have registered an average turnover of at least EUR 50 mil. in the past three years. Moreover, the guarantee to participate reaches EUR 2.4 mil., while the guarantee for good execution accounts for 3% of the contract’s value, VAT not included. The minimum period for the bidder to maintain its tender is 90 days from the deadline of submitting tenders.
