EUR 12 mil. investment in Baile Felix resort

Turism Felix company will invest approximately EUR 12 mil. in developing a leisure facility named Felixarium.
Construction works have already started and the completion period has been scheduled for the 2nd semester of 2009.
In the same time Lotus Hotel will be upgraded and included in the leisure complex. Lotus hotel will be also 4 star classified.
The investment reaches approximately EUR 10-12 mil. in addition to other EUR 2.5 mil. to be invested in developing treatment centre.
