Prodinf company completed at the end of December 2008 the construction of a 4 star hotel in Bucharest. The invested amount reaches EUR 10 mil., while the representatives of the company stated that the investment will be amortized within 5 years.
The hotel is named Berthelot and has 43 rooms, a 50 seats restaurant, a conference hall with a capacity up to 60 seats, swimming pool and garage.
Adrian Vladu, sales manager of the company, foresees approximately a 70% occupancy rate for the first year of operating.
Prodinf company in Pitesti is specialized on developing software products. The main shareholder of the company is Constantin Arsene.
