EUR 1.1 mil. to invest in modernizing Olt Hotel in Baile Tusnad resort

Tusnad company signed three contracts, worth EUR 1.1 mil., VAT not included for modernizing works of Olt Hotel located in Baile Tusnad resort.

The contract with the highest value, of EUR 953,000 was signed with Termoconfort company from Brasov to purchase and set up heating, acclimatization and pool equipment for the hotel.

The security and communications system, worth EUR 127,000 will be implemented by ICCO Systems Brasov, while within the third contract, valued at EUR 100,000, Thyssenkrupp Bucuresti company will set up the three elevators within the hotel.

In November 2009, Tusnad company announced to invest EUR 3.44 mil., VAT not included, in modernizing rooms, the restaurant and spa and leisure areas, as well as developing a multifunctional hall.
