EU could support trips for young, retired and disabled persons

The European Commissary for Industry and Entrepreneurship, Antonio Tajani, submitted a proposal for a subsidies program so that young, retired and disabled individuals could travel in the European Union at low costs.

The program methodology has not been established yet, but the initiators claim that 30% of the costs could be supported by the European Union.

The program initiated by Tajani will be tested within 2013 before becoming fully operational.
