Once we have decided to welcome a new member into our team, the new colleague shall follow his/hers career path guided by a mentor, selected out of the company’s Project Managers.
The mentor is responsible for the new team member’s evolution, is in charge of his first trainings, and is all the time available to discuss and guide his/hers personal development. Last, but not least, the mentor is the one who organizes the Assessment sessions and establishes the goals that have to be reached, every 6 months.
The biennial process assesses which of the prior session’s goals have been reached and which not. Based on these facts, the rewards or other measures are agreed upon. Furthermore, the objectives for the next 6 months shall be established.
