5 star hotel Crowne Plaza in Bucharest, foresees similar revenues for 2009, compared to last year results, of EUR 10.19 mil., within the context of the financial crisis affecting the hotel market, too. The turnover in 2008 was approximately 2% lower than in 2007.
Other 5 star hotels in Bucharest, Athenee Palace Hilton, JW Marriott or Howard Johnson, have budgeted the same level of revenues for 2009, as that registered in 2008.
In 2008, all seven hotels in Ana Hotels portfolio, including Crowne Plaza, have gathere total revenues of EUR 39.67 mil. The group estimates a revenue increase of 1.3% in 2009.
