Corvinus International company, which opened the 4 star hotel Capital Plaza in Bucharest in August, will complete the construction works of an aparthotel in the capital by November.
The aparthotel located nearby Floreasca lake, lies on a total area of 4,000 sq m and will have 18 apartments.
Capital Plaza hotel has 95 rooms and 5 conference halls. The investment reached EUR 6.6 mil.
The shareholders of Corvinus International are Dumitru Popa, Riza Nicolae, Valentin Nedelea and Mugur Chifulescu.
Catalin Stefan, General Manager of the unit, forecasts an occupancy rate of 40-50% for 2010, while regarding the expected turnover, Stefan stated it is difficult to estimate a value.
