Construction of Radisson Hotel in Poiana Brasov resort was postponed

The investment of EUR 50 mil. in developing Radisson Hotel, included in the Silver Mountain real estate project in Poiana Brasov resort, was postponed until 2011, due to lack of funds.

Silver Mountain residential project, controlled by Dan Fischer businessman, is one of the largest projects outside Bucharest, unfolding on an area of 26 ha, which imply investments of approximately EUR 350 mil. 

The hotel’s construction was scheduled for the first phase of the project, together with thedevelopment of five dwelling blocks. The company developing the project is INR Management Real Estate.

The future Radisson hotel will comprise 186 rooms, a spa center operated by E’Spa in England, 2 restaurants and 2 bars, 15 conference halls with a capacity of 500 seats and commercial area.
