According to a study of CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) real estate consultancy company, commercial centres developers provide larger spaces for food court area, reaching at present up to 15% of the total area.
Luiza Moraru, the representative of CBRE, stated that one of the trends is to diversify F&B concepts in malls. Before, it was enough to have a few fast foods or well-known pizza restaurants on the Romanian market. At present, F & B locations make the difference between malls.
