Cluj-Napoca International Airport reported a number of 290,084 passengers from January to April, increasing by 42% compared to the same period last year.
David Ciceo, General Manager of the airport, stated that investments within the airport will continue. By the end of the year, the construction works of a new runway 3,500 m length will start. The project is currently valued at approximately EUR 120 mil.
