Cluj: 4 star hotel market continues to develop

This year, the hotel market in Cluj city added two 4 star hotels and a third will open in October. Cluj is the most attractive city in terms of investments in accommodation facilities on 4 star segment. The investment in the new hotels reached EUR 30 mil.

West City Hotel and Beyfin are already completed.

Moreover, CBC Development announced that the construction works of the new Ramada Hotel will be completed within October the current year. The necessary investment reached EUR 15 mil.
