Castrum business centre will be completed until the end of this year. The complex is located on Sevastopol street, in Central Business District in Bucharest. The necessary investment amounts to EUR 33 mil. The Romanian Commercial Bank finances 16.8% of the funds, announced the company’s officials promoting the project, CBRE/Eurisko.
The complex lies on an area of 21,431 sq m and includes an office building type A, 6 storied building on an area of 3,555 sq m as well as an apart hotel, 4 star classified, 11 storied on an area of 10,300 sq m.
The office building will be completed in the second half of the year, while the apart hotel will be finalized in the last quarter.
