Carpatair airline introduced 22 additional weekly flights towards Italy in the first half of the current year, representing a 25% increase of flights number operated weekly towards Italy.
Therefore, the company introduced in May four new direct flights from Bucharest towards Venice, Milan, Verona and Bologna and starting June, the airline introduced two direct flights from Craiova towards Milan and Rome. More, in March, Carpatair increased the frequency of direct flights on Bucharest - Ancona route to three times a week.
Carpatair is consolidating its position of national and regional leader on Itaian destinations, becoming the company with the highest frequency of flights per week, respectively 170 one-way flights and 85 frequencies but also the operator with the highest number of destinations in Italy, respectively 9.
At present, Carpatair operates from 10 domestic airports and 18 external airports. The total number of regular flights operated by the company is over 340 flights per week towards 30 destinations in 6 countries.
