Caro Hotels complex in the capital, which registered an occupancy of 25% out of the 215 rooms available, introduced the possibility to live in the hotel for EUR 590 per month, tariff competing with the rent of luxury one room apartment.
The prices include housing services, breakfast not included.
Octavian Lazar, the hotel’s Manager, stated that he considered this offer as a source of revenues during the crisis.
The complex generated turnover of EUR 2.5 mil. last year, declining by 37.5% compared to the result of the previous year.
