Burger King, the fast-food restaurant chain, opened the eighth unit on the Romanian market in the food-court area of Bucharest Mall. The restaurant, which lies on an area of 110 sq m, generated 30 new jobs.
Burger King operates over 11,700 restaurants in the 50 states of USA and others in 74 countries. Aproximately 90% of the Burger King restaurants are owned and operated by independent franchises, most of them being family businesses.
