Blue Air introduced online check-in service

Starting July 1st, Blue Air low-cost company introduced check-in online service which can be accessed up to 3 hours before departure.

The service is free and has been introduced initially for Blue Air flights with departure from Bucharest, Sibiu and Bacau.

Check-in online service is available 14 days in advance of departure and up to 3 hours till departure.

Passengers have to print the boarding pass and show it at the airport. Passengers traveling only with hand luggage can present to the airport 60 minutes before taking off hour, while those carrying hold luggage should be at the airport 90 minutes before the scheduled hour for taking off.

In order to encourage the passengers to access online check-in service and ease passengers traffic in the airport, Blue Air company introduced EUR 10 check-in tax at the airport starting July, 1st, while passengers using check-in service when booking, at Blue Air agencies or partners and call center should pay EUR 5.

The EUR 10 fee is paid only for flights where online check-in option is available.
