Blue Air: 201,000 passengers in Q1

In the first three months of this year, Blue Air low-cost airlines company transported 201,000 passengers, 10.43% more compared to 2008, when it transported 182,000 passengers, stated the General Manager of the company, Gheorghe Racaru.

At the same time, all destinations of the company had approximately the same average occupancy rate.

In 2008, the company transported over 1,110,000 passengers. For the current year, the company estimated that it will transport 1,700,000 passengers.

The company’s turnover was EUR 124,130,000 in 2008. For 2009, the company forecasts EUR 170 mil. turnover.
