Ioan Tecar business man from Dej locality, Cluj county, controlling MG-Tec group of companies, opened Black Tulip hotel three months ago, following EUR 4 mil. investment.
The hotel, 4 star classified, has 53 rooms, two conference halls of 80 and 100 seats, respectively and events hall with a capacity of 500 seats. There are also plans for developing a pool and spa center. Ioan Tecar stated that the investment was supported by own funds and the land on which the construction was developed is private property. The business man stated that he doesn’t plan to make further investments in the field.
MG –Tec group, owned by Ioan Tecar businessman from Dej locality, including companies operating in constructions, manufacturing laminated wire and paper, reported EUR 46.6 mil. turnover in the first semester of this year, increasing by 8% compared to the same period last year.
