Black Sea hotels put on sale

Several hotels located on the Romanian Black Sea seaside were put on sale.

Riviera Hotel in Mamaia resort, 3 star classified, owned by Ion Tudor businessman is put on sale for EUR 20 mil. The hotel has 230 rooms, 250 seats restaurant, pool and 3 conference halls. Between 2002 and 2003 the hotel benefited of investment for modernizing valued at EUR 3.5 mil. The owner has not accepted an EUR 17.5 mil. offer. 

In Cap Aurora resort, three hotels were put on sale, out of which Onix-Safir complex, 2 star classified, owned by Unita Turism, for EUR 7 mil. and Opal hotel, 3 star hotel, for EUR 13 mil.

The price of Intim hotel in Constanta, developed on the former place of D’Angleterre Hotel, dropped from EUR 9 mil to EUR 4 mil. The hotel, once 3 star classified, is considered an architectural monument, but it was out of the market since the 90’s being in an advanced state of decay.
