BCR sells Hercules hotel in Baile Herculane resort

Hercules hotel in Baile Herculane resort, owned by Iosif Armas business man, will be auctioned together with the due land of 5,400 sq m at a starting price of EUR 2.85 mil.

The unit is sold by the Romanian Commercial Bank, following the debt of EUR 3.85 mil. cumulated by the hotel’s shareholder, SC Hercules SA company.

The auction will take place on June 22, at 12.00, at BCR Baile Herculane subsidiary, stated Nicusor Vasilescu, Mayor of the resort.
