Baneasa Airport: 22% more passengers in S1

The International Airport Aurel Vlaicu Baneasa registered an approximate growth of 22% in the passengers traffic for the first six months of 2009, compared to the same period last year, up to 937.366 passengers, stated the airport representatives.

For this year, the airport representatives estimate between 1.95 and 2 million passengers, 20% more than last year.

At the same time, the airport foresses a EUR 20.24 mil. turnover, compared to 2008, when the turnover was EUR 18.48 mil.
