The unit will be 4 star classified and will be affiliated to Ramada hotel chain.
The hotel will be completed within 2011 and will have over 140 rooms and apartments, 2 restaurants, an event hall with over 600 seats capacity, conference halls, spa and fitness facilities and underground parking.
