Phoenicia Holiday Resort complex, 5 star classified, opened in June in Mamaia Nord, lying on a total area of 100,000 sq m, out of which 60,000 sq m are built.
The area includes, among other, pools and water games on 10,000 sq m, a park for children, an artificial river with boats also for children, two restaurants and five bars, two of them in the water, theatre, cinema, football and tennis courses, entertainment hall, pool club, English club, oriental café and covered pool with heat water. The complex also provides a private beach at international standards.
At present, the complex owns 420 apartments and a capacity of 1,200 bed places at the beginning, which will later reach 5,000 bed places in the forthcoming years.
The complex has approximately 500 employees. The menus in the restaurants will provide Romanian traditional cuisine. as well as Italian and Lebanese cuisines.
Mohammad Murad businessman, owner of Phoenicia Hotels estimates annual revenues of over EUR 5 mil. and 50% occupancy for the new complex Phoenicia Holiday Resort.
