Expo Transilvania SA and Cluj Chamber of Commerce and Industry will organize the 8th edition of the Hotel& Catering Fair, between March 3 and 6. The event is specialized on sector planning and facilities, equipments and services for hotels, restaurants, bars, fast-foods, pastry shops, pizza shops, clubs, casinos and catering services.
79 companies attended the 2009 edition, out of which 3 were from Italy, one from France and 2 from Hungary.
The media partners for this year’s edition are Food & Bar magazine, Food & Drinks Globus, Caffee Bar Magazine, Gastromedia Magazine, Brutarul Magazine, Hores Catalogue, InfoAliment Catalogue, Agri-food enterprises Catalogue, ClipArt Advertising, Habitat Design, Romania Horeca Publishing and the Suppliers' Guide for Hotels and Restaurants.
