Add comment

Ionut Negoita business man, co-owner of Rin Grand Hotel, decided to turn 150 rooms out of the 1,400 rooms of the largest hotel in the country, into office spaces. The decision is the result of the dramatic decrease of hotels occupancy.

Negoita stated that over 100 rooms are already under the transformation process. Over 3,000 sq m of office spaces will be completed until next spring.

At present, there are undergoing negotiations with several companies, the rent varying from EUR 7 to 10 per sq m.
